German Fetish Ball 2005 Report

 The time has finally arrived for me to pack my latex gear and go to Berlin! I'll be reporting from the German Fetish Ball the whole weekend. With a little luck you can look forward to daily updates with hot info on what is happening here and loads of nice photos of funky people in latex clothing!
I has really been looking forward to this, since I had such a great time last year. I look forward to meet loads of new and old friends during the whole weekend.
Friday is the Expo and the pre-party. Saturday, more Expo and dinner and play parties. Sunday Crazy Rubber Friends has arranged a fetish brunch just like one last year, and finally the Ball at club Matrix!

Arrival!
 So here I am in the beautiful city of Berlin. The journey here went without major problems, except that one of my handles on my suitcase broke off when I ran up some the stairs to catch a train. I was so thankful that the case did not break open and send a cascade of latex clothing out over the station. That would have been quite a scene! Arrived at my hotel, the holiday Inn, just past midnight. I dropped my things and when directly to Miss Fuzzy Bunny and Ken's room. Minutes later we where in a taxi on out way to "Grand Hotel", a bar close by where Kumi told us, that she and some friends were hanging out.  We arrived at the bar, ordered some beers and joined Kumi and the gang. Darenzia and Bitzar was there, looking beautiful as ever. Also meet Dee Dee Luxe and Tressa Williams of Fierce Couture. Everybody seemed pretty tired and the crowd broke up after a few hours. We took a taxi back to the hotel and had a few drinks and shot some photos of Miss FB in latex. Got to bed at 4:30. Today I'm going to the Fetish Expo. Hope to make an update tonight, hopefully with some nice latex pictures.

German Fetish Fair - Day 1!
 I woke up around noon very tired and had a little hangover. When out to get some breakfast and got online and did the previous post. A few hours later I went to the German Fetish Fair together with Miss Fuzzy Bunny and Ken of N.P.N.G., casually dressed in black latex jeans and "3xL" t-shirt. This year the fair were twice as big, moved to a new location - quite a change from last years fair. The location were the Columbiahalle near the Berlin Templehof Airport. The place where filled up with various exhibitors and had a big stage for fashion shows and other performances. There was everything there, sex furniture, whips, toys, fetish movies and all kinds of fetish fashion.  Fierce Couture only brought a little latex to Berlin, but it were enough to give the visitors a taste of the cool designs and the good quality of their stuff. Libidex had their regular latex clothing as well as their raw leather look latex line. Bodycult had load of great stuff and had some exciting new latex dresses made from latex with beautiful embossed patterns.  Savage Wear had a nice rack of various latex designs, some classical, others more wild and colorful. Blackstyle had a much greater booth this time, but still I would really had liked to see more of their stuff. The Fetishuniverse booth were loaded with latex, pvc and other pervy items. They did a fashion show (will add a gallery later) wile I were there, and I must say that some of their latex was really cool. Torture Garden Clothing and Bondinage, Marquis and others were also at the fair, but I did not notice anything really new at their booths. You can see a full exhibitors list here.The new location was very boring and not as stylish and light as the one used for last years fair. Hardly anyone found their way to the art zone on the second floor and the food selection and lounge areas could had been much better. Sadly there as hardly any visitors there when we arrived a little past three o'clock. I'll go back tomorrow and hope that more people will show up.
Pre-party at Kit Kat Club!
 I arrived past midnight at the official pre-party, hold at the Kit Kat Club in Schoeneberg district. The venue was a typical techno club with a twist. Colorful fluorescent decorations, large stage, huge dance floor, coffee lounge/chill out area. The only difference to regular techno clubs was a large play area and a huge number of naked people. There was performances on stage during the night, all of them with a domination theme. The place was pretty full, but not over crowed. I only knew a few people there some Danish people, Belgium Marc. So I really did not enjoy myself very much. The ventilation was lousy, so my eyes was hurting from all the smoke. I left the venue a little past three in the morning and took a taxi to my hotel.

BlackStyle Shop in Berlin!
 Early bird, get the worm! I got up Saturday morning at 10 o'clock, very tired! We decided to visit the Blackstyle shop here in Berlin. They open at 11.00 and I still wanted to visit the Fetish Fair again, so I wanted to go there early. The shop was located only one stop by S-bahn (Schönhauser Allee) from our hotel. Very easy to find, thanks to the information and map found on the Blackstyle website.  Wow! Blackstyle's shop is great! Loads of men's latex clothing. Blackstyle has a majority of gay clients. There was jeans, jackets, gasmasks, capes, catsuits, stockings, divesuits, underwear, toys, bondage wear... I could go on forever! I tried the new Toe Socks, which is really fun and nice to wear. The staff were nice and polite and the service level was good. I'm SO glad we went there early. We spend 3 hours in there! So if you visit Berlin, the Blackstyle shop is a must!
German Fetish Fair - Day 2
 Arrived back at the Fetish Fair's day two, a little past 4 a'clock. A lot of pervy visitors had desided to show up, witch was good after the low visitor count yesterday. I took some more photos and saw another fashion show by Fetishuniverse. The rest of hours I was there, were used on talking to the exhibitors and friends.
White Club
 Saturday night I visited the mysterious White Club, Berlins new exclusive members fetish club made by AlexD and hosted by Miss Eve. The location of the club was keeps secret, except for them there had tickets for the night. I arrived to the address around midnight by taxi. There was no signs of a club entrance, no light, nothing. But at the gate we was picked up by a suited doorman, there took us to the entrance of the club, an elevator located in the backyard building. The elevator directly opened up into the "reception" of the club were we was welcome by a beautiful girl wearing nothing except a waistclincher. On this floor there was cloakroom, a waiting lounge, dressing facilities and toilet. Very exclusive indeed!  Dressed as the latex priest, I left my belongings with the cloak guys dressed in white latex aprons. Two floors down were the main room. The whole room was white, with a few exceptions. There was white tiles on the floor and the walls was covered my white curtains. The room was bated by a strange blue light. There were a shower wall, a long table with chairs, a sofa and low white plastic chairs and small tables for drinks. There were also a darkroom and a few play furniture. The place was filled with a majority of latex people. There was a little playing and a lot of talking going on. Thanks to the lighting, it was easy to admire what others was wearing and therefore quite enjoyable. I had a great time, talking and socializing with the others guests. It was nice with a alternative to dark smoke filled dungeon. During the night I meet Miss Eve, Sway, Claudia & Oliver, Darenzia and many others. I left club around 5 o'clock after a great night. I'll look forward to my next visit to the White Club.

Crazy Rubber Friends Meet-up!
 Heavily lagged after three nights out, I slept until Sunday noon. Got out of bed and got ready for the Crazy Rubber Friends Fetish Brunch. I wore my black latex jeans and a white latex t-shirt. I arrived to the "Gaslight Poetry" café together with Miss Fuzzy Bunny and Ken around 2 o'clock. Since we arrived 3 hours after they started, so a large number of people already left, but the café were still full of latex people! Some dressed in latex, some dressed in "civil". Everybody was chatting happily and having a great time.  Just as last year, the food was really excellent, just what I needed after a long night out. I talked to Gixxi and Sandmann and many of their community members. Alex from L-A-TEX.com was also there. You know that I love to meet new like minded people and this where a great place to do so. I recall we left the café around 5 o'clock. Funny how time flies when you are having fun!
German Fetish Ball!
 Late Sunday evening, I arrived at the German Fetish Ball venue, a night club called the Matrix. I was wearing my rubber pimp costume. Black latex jeans, white latex shirt and a long black latex jacket. Not forgetting the pimp accessories; sparkling dollar sign ring, earring, chain with blink, pimp cane and black hat with a huge white plume feather.  The Matrix are a huge venue with one major hall with two bars, a dance floor/stage. Beside that there was three other halls each with a bar and a dance floor and lounge areas. The place was almost filled. People had really dressed up for the Ball and there was a huge majority of latex dressed people.  On the stage was the fashion shows by Savage Wear, VEX Clothing, Fierce Couture and Libidex. All of them was amazing in their own unique way! Just wait till I post the gallery from the weekend in a few days! There was also performances by Fetish Diva Midori and Kumi, Bondage Project and others. The Ball was a truly amazing event! The mood was really great and everybody was so nice and looked so hot.  There was so much to look at that I was scared of getting a serious hold in my neck! I ran into loads of great and interesting latex loving people. People from all over the world. I especially enjoyed meeting Fetish Diva Midori who was the hosting the nights shows and the wonderful Ebony Fetish Goddess. It was really great to meet the Goddess in real life, after having her contribute to this website for such a long time. Wow, so many dedicated people! The party when on and on, the whole night and everybody had a marvelous time! There is no doubt in my mind that the German Fetish Ball 2005 will forever stand as one of the best fetish parties I ever attended!

Time to go Home!
 That it folks! Had a really nice time in Berlin! Will be back next year for more. However I don't believe I'll can do a full weekend again. Not enough time to sleep! Took me a week to get back on track. Next year, I'll do the Saturday and Sunday events only. Thanks to all the people there made this a weekend to remember!
